With February Behind, Bears Look Forward to March

Although winners to end the month of February, the Bears historically have had trouble winning during the second month of the year.  Luckily, March follows February and the Bears fare much better as winter comes to a close.

Consider this:  Compared to February, where Club Bad News Bears are 3-5-0 in 8 games (being outscored 20-26), March brings a slightly improved winning atmosphere.  In March, the Bears are 2-3-4 in 9 games, outscoring their opponents 15-13.  In 2011 alone, the club posted an undefeated record of 1-0-2 for the month of March, outscoring their opponents 5-3.

March seems to wake the Bears from hibernation and light a fire in them that sets the tone for the remainder of the season.  One can only hope that March 2012 not only is a good month for the Bears, but a dominating month that seeps over into April and May for this season.
